WHAT is Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy? It seeks to re-pattern and normalize dysfunction in your oral and facial muscles and to recreate strong pathways between your brain and these muscles.

HOW do you know if this is for you? If you experience any of these:

 -jaw pain – allergies -headaches -mouth breathing -snoring -have been diagnosed with sleep apnea -infant latching problems -if you have or have had braces -thumb/finger sucker -open bite -tongue thrust (constantly pushing tongue forward) -if there are wavelike patterns on the sides of your tongue -nail biting -lisp or speech impediment -if you grind/clench your teeth -chronic stomach aches -burping/gassy/GERD -tongue tied
